SuperfitBOD - What does it take to get a SuperfitBod? Two words – interval training. Join Amy Dixon for a non-stop strength and cardio conditioning combination workout that targets every muscle group, blasts fat and torches calories. Go big and get lean. Warning – this program will result in a SuperfitBod.

Cycle 75 – 75 minutes of adrenaline pumping cycling will accelerate your goals.  A full intense cycle class with a recovery at the 45 minute mark if you need to depart or you can endure through the extra 30 minutes for a maximum burn!  Join us for the amazing energy and coaching.

Studio Cycling - A cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on sound cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and thus, focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport-specific drills, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
